Tennessee is expected to play most of its healthy starters for at least one drive, including quarterback Will Levis. Only EDGE Harold Landry and defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons are expected to sit for the game.
As for the 49ers, coach Kyle Shanahan didn't get into too many specifics on who would and would not play on Saturday. Shanahan did say earlier this week that many starters will not play, and those that do play will only play 1-2 series.
